The southern region of Thailand, with its tropical islands (Koh in thai), its beaches with palm trees, and the voluptuousness of its warm seas, invite to idleness. Leaving from Phuket island, referred to as the rare perl of the Andaman sea, setting off on board a traditional timber sea junk with its rust coloured sails, its ample teak deck, but agile and light, is the only way to reach these small islands studded with coral, deserted beaches and solitary creeks.

Suwan Macha is a traditional sea junk (sail or motor), which takes you for a costal discovery of secret beaches with all the charm of this ancient form of navigation... As in an Indo-Chinese chromolithography, the junk conceived for leisure cruises, glides on a translucent sea as you lie on a teak deck.
